a win win

this summer we found a new favorite park

i pack a picnic

and we all wear our sneakers….even me.

this playground has a track.

and while the kids play

i walk and jog.

a win win

last week we stayed for over 2 hours!

i did 16 laps! the kids joined me for 2…it was cute.

after 12 laps i said, “mommy’s going to go around 1 more time.”

they said, “do 2!” so i kept going!

after 16 laps…i was exhausted! and they were actually all played out!
