back from the beach

and Fall is in full force here  in New England

we are all freezing after being down South!

 

there is unpacking and laundry of course…..

and apparently it is time  to switch over all of our clothes,

away with the flip flops and bathing suits…shorts and tanks…..time for sweaters,socks and pants.

summer flowers have been hit by frost……time for mums and pumpkins.

Fall is our time to get ready for the first snow….time to rake the yard, put away the lawn furniture….find the shovels.

But my head is still here…..

and here…..

so…the Halloween decorations can wait another day while I go through all the pictures…… the kids are still inspecting all the shells they brought home….and Cooper is refusing to wear pants….transitions are hard on all of us.
